Fun in Ashton, Idaho

We went to the cabin in Ashton again this year, once again the kids had a blast. Nikkelle was unable to make it this year because she had drill competitions. This cabin is such a nice place to go because it fits my really big family. We had around 35 people there at once some days. The kids can spread out and there is something for everyone to do. It was really cold this year, so we didn't play outside as much as we did the year before, but we still had fun. We stayed more at the cabin on the little hill out back because the kids could go in if they got cold. We decide to go up to the big hill where we have to haul kids into on the sleds that only last about 1 hour and everyone was freezing. The day before we left to come home the weather decided to warm up so we went back up to the big hill to try it again. With much more success, we played for along time and some of the kids just didn't want to stop playing. Of course when we get back to the cabin there is hot chocolate and peanut butter sandwiches for dipping. Then that night after all the kids are in bed some of the adults decide its our turn to go sledding so at midnight we headed up to the hill. We had lots of fun racing, crashing, and just laying in the snow laughing so hard. It's always great to get together with family and the ones you love.
