Baseball Season Has Come To An End

Ryder and Kinyon played Baseball again this year. Ryder din't get to play that much, but Kinyon got a little exhausted from playing so much. He was on a Comp team and the WBBA team. So he had practices or games 4-5 times a week. He loves baseball though. He did awesome in the WBBA again this year. He won the MVDP (Most Vaulable Denfensive Player) 2nd year in a row. We are so proud of him and the great catcher he has become. Thanks to all his coaches for all the time they have put in with these boys and for making it fun for them.

4th of July with Family!!

Once again we had a fun weekend on the 4th of July. We love this holiday. We get to celebrate our Independence and have lots of fun with family.. So the first thing we decide to do was eat spaghetti with no utensils. The boys had a ball as for the girls they just didn't want to put there faces in it. The we did Fireworks, went boating, and then we went out to Steadmans to play on their water slide. The kids love going down together or just by themselves. As for me and my sisters we like to pile on a tube together and see how far we can make it.. This year was the best yet, we went so fast and so far we hit the end of the slide and tipped over into the mud it was hilarious. Sorry no pictures of that one just memories.

Fun in Ashton, Idaho

We went to the cabin in Ashton again this year, once again the kids had a blast. Nikkelle was unable to make it this year because she had drill competitions. This cabin is such a nice place to go because it fits my really big family. We had around 35 people there at once some days. The kids can spread out and there is something for everyone to do. It was really cold this year, so we didn't play outside as much as we did the year before, but we still had fun. We stayed more at the cabin on the little hill out back because the kids could go in if they got cold. We decide to go up to the big hill where we have to haul kids into on the sleds that only last about 1 hour and everyone was freezing. The day before we left to come home the weather decided to warm up so we went back up to the big hill to try it again. With much more success, we played for along time and some of the kids just didn't want to stop playing. Of course when we get back to the cabin there is hot chocolate and peanut butter sandwiches for dipping. Then that night after all the kids are in bed some of the adults decide its our turn to go sledding so at midnight we headed up to the hill. We had lots of fun racing, crashing, and just laying in the snow laughing so hard. It's always great to get together with family and the ones you love.
